	Our Mother, Sister, Grand Mother, God Mother, Sunday School Teacher, Friend, was taken advantage of in the most inconceivable way. She was duped by her own son, Gerald W. Nestell aka "Gerry". Gerry duped his Mother out of $100,000 Freedom, NH is his destination On August 4th, 2004, The following letter was sent to all of my brothers & sister. The letter was sent U.S. certified mail to insure it would be received by all without fail and, it was.

	The meeting was held on Sunday, August 29th, 2004. Everyone met at Mom's house, except Doreen (who was in FL) and, Gerry errr what was his excuse?? Both Doreen and Gerry were connected via speaker phone. At this family meeting, Gerry aka Judas, oh, by the way, mentions...that he has a $25,000 loan with our Mother. Everybody at the meeting acknowledged this debt at the kitchen table - finding out about Gerry's "arrangement" with Mom for the very first time. Mom knew about this loan and, there was no issue.

	With Mom's desire to simplify her debts and expenses. It is discovered that her $25,000 loan was just one of two, the other being for $75,000, which she nor anyone else had NO knowledge or clue about...hmmm? Smell a rat yet?

	A lot of excuses, confusing, conflicting stories when Gerry was first confronted about this other loan. As per bank documents, Mom signed for both of these on Dec. 8, 2003. Almost, one year BEFORE the family meeting that was held on 8/29/04, this transaction occurred!
	Where is the money? What were you thinking? *Looks like TIME was your enemy, when you were hoping it would be your friend.* Gerry acknowledged this debt, in U.S Superior Court. RUN & HIDE IN FREEDOM, New Hampshire - funny, maybe ironic that, he will NEVER have his FREEDOM until he makes good to his Mother and family. Family - "HA" - Trailer (park trash), Land Tranfers (never Freedom), Plane Tickets (have another drink!)...I guess you were bought CHEAP $$$, it only cost you YOUR ONLY Mother. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME....a generation lost because of greed. LOOK IN THE MIRROR AND LIVE WITH IT.
